With reference to the first deadline for expenditures reporting (31/07/2018 as it is foreseen in the Programme and Project manual), we are informing all Beneficiaries (LBs and PBs) of the projects financed under the First Call for Standard projects that they can start to report the expenditures incurred and paid so far, by submitting (via email) to the Joint Secretariat the following documents:
- table of expenditures
- verified expenditures
- certifications issued by the First Level Controller and related check list
- scanned copies of the documents of expenditures and proof of payments.
The relevant Progress Report can be sent later but, in any case, no later than the first official deadline – 31st October 2018.
We would like also to remind that the Lead Beneficiary will be the only responsible to collect and send the documents concerning the expenditures made by all project beneficiaries to the Joint Secretariat.
